In the last four years Clare has taught in various schools across the five boroughs, from pre-k all the way up to high school seniors. For her, it has been, and always will be a privilege to be a part of helping students find their inner resources and build resilience through connecting to movement, learning to regulate emotion and managing challenge.

Samantha “Sammy” Richardson

Sammy is the proud owner of S&S Health and Wellness LLC / SS Yoga. She never thought she would become a traveling holistic wellness advisor / yoga instructor, after having a full 25 year career in finance. But after her son passed away at the tender age of 25, she turned to yoga to cope with the trauma and the pain of losing him. She realized if yoga can help heal her, she can use it to help heal others. So she became a certified trauma informed yoga instructor.
